SGS acquires Prescient Security and adds more than 350 cybersecurity specialists

SGS completed the acquisition of a majority stake in US-based Prescient Security, which has more than 350 employees and 5,000 customers. Prescient provides security certification, penetration testing, digital compliance and AI-assisted security services. SGS says the business will expand its Digital Trust platform and continue investing in people, technology and services.
