Select a bar to see the postings that mention that skill.
Career paths in the sample
Select a specialization to focus the analysis.
The specialization with the most recovered postings.
Monthly source coverage
Recovered postings with a calendar date.
This is not a hiring trend. Older listings are harder to recover, and reposts affect the chart. The first and last months are partial.
Who appears in the selection
Postings documented in this research, rather than each employer’s total vacancies.
Employers with many listings can dominate skill rankings. Switch the chart above to “Employers” to compare how widely a skill is mentioned across organizations.
What to prioritize
A practical interpretation of the requirements, not a recruitment score.
Depth in a specialization
Show experience with real problems, explain your results clearly and know the role’s core technology. Choose a direction before choosing courses.
Quality & collaboration
Technical English, debugging, testing and code review transfer across many roles. Demonstrate how you use them in practice.
Integration & delivery
Build with APIs, SQL, Git and CI/CD. For cloud roles, add deployment, containers, monitoring and security suited to the project.
Broaden your automotive experience
Build on C/C++ and AUTOSAR with Python tooling, automated testing and CI. For backend or applied AI roles, add REST and SQL.

Original 6-month report (Romanian) ↗What does a posting date mean?
“Publication” is the date stated by the employer or the platform preserving the posting. “Listing” may mean a repost. The 12-month interval touches 13 calendar months, with partial Novembers at each end. Relative dates are approximate and are not assigned to a month. Updated-only and undated sources appear only in the extended selection.
How are skills counted?
Each skill is counted at most once per profile, based on the role description and requirements. Keyword detection is supplemented by manual review; unusual wording can be missed. Reposted profiles retain the reference description’s skills, without assuming monthly changes. Preferences and alternative technologies are included. A mention does not necessarily mean a mandatory requirement, and an omission does not imply a skill is unnecessary. Skills overlap, so percentages do not add up to 100%.
Does this represent the whole market?
Deleted, private or unindexed postings cannot be fully recovered. Some employers are overrepresented, and recent listings are more visible. This sample cannot establish total job numbers, salaries or changes in hiring activity.
Which roles and locations are covered?
The current dataset was collected from IT/software, embedded, QA, data/AI, cloud, security and technical consulting postings that explicitly included Timișoara, Romania, among their accepted locations. This includes some remote and multi-location roles. The dashboard has a general focus, but the underlying sample is regional and should not be treated as representative of the global job market. Closed postings can inform historical analysis; an accessible page does not confirm a vacancy is still open.
