SAP agreed to acquire Belgium-based TechWolf, whose platform maps enterprise work and employee skills. SAP plans to integrate TechWolf's context graph, AI models and applied AI research team into its product portfolio; the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to approvals.
