Salesforce completes Fin acquisition and moves its AI team into Salesforce AI Labs

Salesforce completed its acquisition of Fin, formerly Intercom. Salesforce said Fin brings a technical AI team and a customer base of more than 30,000 organizations; Fin will become part of Salesforce AI Labs while continuing to serve existing customers and develop its AI agent capabilities.
