Positron AI raises $875 million to fund new inference silicon and production

Positron AI announced an $875 million Series C at a $5 billion post-money valuation. The company says the capital will fund the tapeout of its next-generation Asimov silicon, a large engineering data center and emulation platform, the production ramp of its Titan systems, additional manufacturing capacity, systems integration and go-to-market expansion.
