Pearson agrees to acquire AI skills platform Workera and its 60-person team

Pearson agreed to acquire Workera, an AI-native enterprise skills-intelligence platform using adaptive assessment, psychometrics and agentic AI. Workera has approximately 60 employees and serves customers including ServiceNow, Accenture and the US Space Force. After closing, Workera will join Pearson’s Enterprise Learning & Skills unit and its CEO will join the leadership team.
