Nscale raises $3.36 billion to accelerate global AI-cloud expansion

Nscale announced $3.36 billion in pre-IPO convertible financing: an initial $2.36 billion tranche at closing and a further $1 billion commitment from NVIDIA expected in November 2026. The company said it has more than $103 billion in contracted value and will use the capital to accelerate its vertically integrated AI cloud platform, including power plants, liquid-cooled data centers and large GPU clusters.
