Analog Devices announced a definitive all-cash agreement to acquire Alif Semiconductor for $1.35 billion. Alif develops secure, power-efficient Edge AI microcontrollers and fusion processors, and ADI said the deal would add AI-native processing capabilities across industrial, robotics, mobility, healthcare, energy and data-centre markets.
