Sharon AI entered a committed US$356 million senior secured, GPU-backed debt facility to fund compute infrastructure associated with customer contracts. The company says this is the first in an expected series of financings supporting deployment of more than 68,000 NVIDIA GPUs by mid-2027 across its Asia-Pacific AI infrastructure platform.
