Progress Software completed its $400 million acquisition of substantially all assets of Domo’s AI and data platform business and assumed certain liabilities. The acquired operation brings a cloud-native AI and data platform, more than 2,400 business customers, strategic partners and employees into Progress’s existing data-platform portfolio.
