PLACE agreed to acquire Ardley, an AI-powered mortgage recapture and retention platform used by lenders and banks. The deal follows PLACE's recent acquisitions of Maxwell, Remine, Envoy Mortgage and several Radian Group divisions as it builds an integrated mortgage operating system.
