Lantania acquires Revenga technology units and safeguards 103 jobs

Lantania announced the acquisition of Revenga’s Rail & Terminals and Intelligent Transport Systems businesses for more than €20 million. The company said the transaction preserves 103 jobs and adds capabilities in smart mobility, transport digitalisation, communications and security while retaining the Revenga brand.
