Infineon completes automotive sensor acquisition and adds about 230 employees

Infineon completed its acquisition of ams OSRAM’s non-optical analog and mixed-signal sensor portfolio. The business strengthens Infineon’s automotive and industrial sensor offering, is expected to generate about €230 million in 2026 revenue and brings approximately 230 R&D and business-management employees into Infineon.
