HCLSoftware plans to acquire Croatia-based Robotiq.ai for agentic automation

HCLSoftware announced its intention to acquire Zagreb-based Robotiq.ai, whose robotic process automation platform is used by banks, insurers and telecom providers. The deal, expected to close in November 2026, would add RPA execution capabilities to HCL UnO Agentic.
