Gestamp opens eighth Brazilian plant with room for substantial hiring

Gestamp started operations at a new 16,500-square-metre plant in Piracicaba, São Paulo, producing engineered body-in-white components for automakers. The facility currently employs around 50 people and Gestamp says it could reach 150 employees within the existing plant, or as many as 500 if future expansions proceed.
