Digi International plans $130M acquisition to expand its IoT business in Europe

Digi International signed an agreement to acquire Norway-based Disruptive Technologies for $130 million in cash. Digi says the target's sensing technology and customer base across more than 25 countries will give its SmartSense platform a meaningful European commercial presence; closing is expected before the end of 2026, subject to approval.
