Concentrix acquires CastleHill to expand AI governance and risk services

Concentrix acquired CastleHill Managed Risk Solutions, adding governance, risk and compliance, third-party risk management and AI-governance capabilities. Concentrix described risk and compliance as one of its fastest-growing specialized business lines and said CastleHill adds expertise, client relationships and technology partnerships. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
