Sleep Cycle plans job cuts as it shifts toward smaller AI-driven teams
Sleep Cycle announced organizational streamlining intended to create fewer management layers and smaller teams as it moves toward a more AI-driven operating model. The proposal affects around 15 positions and ends several consulting engagements, with estimated annual savings of about SEK 35 million.
This is a direct stability warning despite the relatively small absolute number of roles. Candidates should verify whether their function is affected, whether workload is moving to remaining staff or automation, and whether new positions represent durable investment rather than post-restructuring backfills.
