Why this score

Built from company events, not anonymous ratings.

The recent evidence is constructive, but the specific role and team still matter. The score weighs signal recency and source confidence. It is a decision aid—not a verdict on culture or a specific team.

Fortaegis raises $50 million to scale secure-compute production and engineering

Fortaegis has closed an oversubscribed $50 million Series A led by Serendipity Capital. The Amsterdam security company says it will move its Secure Compute technology from validation toward commercial production, scale FPGA products across the United States, Europe, Singapore and Japan, and advance its ASIC roadmap.

Employee impact

The round creates a credible expansion signal for FPGA, ASIC, firmware, cryptography, hardware security and technical commercial roles. Candidates should still test how much demand is backed by signed deployments, because moving from validated technology to production hardware brings qualification, manufacturing and customer-adoption risk.
