Why this score
Built from company events, not anonymous ratings.
The recent evidence is constructive, but the specific role and team still matter. The score weighs signal recency and source confidence. It is a decision aid—not a verdict on culture or a specific team.
We need a relevant verified event before scoring this dimension.

Amkor Technology announced a second phase for its Arizona advanced packaging and test campus, adding 60,000 square meters of planned cleanroom capacity. The combined project is now expected to involve approximately $12 billion of investment and support more than 3,500 Arizona-based employees.
The scale and customer commitments strengthen the long-term outlook for advanced packaging, process engineering, equipment, quality and manufacturing roles at the campus. Phase-two construction is not expected to begin until late 2027 and completion is targeted for the end of 2029, so candidates should distinguish current openings from later planned demand.
